Service Agreement Terms

These terms apply to all security services provided by CoreDefence.

1. Scope of Services

We provide manned guarding and event security services as per the agreed scope, timeframe, and rates outlined in the formal quotation.

2. Staff & Licensing

All staff deployed are fully SIA licensed and trained. We reserve the right to change or substitute staff depending on operational requirements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Site access, briefing, and on-site contacts
Health and safety compliance
Informing us of any risks, hazards, or special requirements

4. Booking & Payment

Bookings must be confirmed in writing
A deposit or upfront payment may be required for event security
Invoices are payable within the agreed terms (typically 14 days)

5. Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice required for cancellation without charge
Same-day cancellations may incur full fee depending on circumstances

6. Liability

CoreDefence is covered by public and employer’s liability insurance. We are not liable for damages or incidents arising from false or incomplete client instructions.
